Home Made Hair Mask For Hair Growth
Add this hair growth mask to your monthly hair care regimen if you suffer from damage hair or edges.
Here is a step by step guide of how I make my home made hair growth mask. If this is your first time on my blog welcome. I am Jummie Ogunyemi founder and creator of Glammed naturally oil. I have experienced various types of hair loss and this mask restored my hair and edges back to health. If you are experiencing hair loss or unhealthy hair, I recommend you find a hair care regimen, stick to it and be consistent. Here is one of my staple regimen that has worked for me and can work for you too.
- Glammednaturallyoil Ayurvedic Herbs Tea Rinse
- Half Avocado
- 1 Egg
- Glammed naturally hair & braid oil
- Coconut Milk
Add 1 egg and half avocado in a blender
Then add 2 spoons of Glammed Naturally Oil ayurvedic tea rinse in a blender
Add 10 drops each of Glammed Naturally Oil hair & braid oil
Add Honey ( 2 spoons)
Add half a cup of coconut milk
This is the most important part! Blend very well, a puree consistency is preferred, to avoid too much residue on scalp & hair.
Apply blended hair mask on your hair & scalp, cover with a shower cap. Use a heating cap to allow the mask to penetrate your follicles and hair strands. Make sure you do this every 6 weeks if you suffer from severe shedding and damage hair. I know its a lot of effort to put into this, trust me when I say it will all be worth it. Your hair will thank you!
Did you know you can store your left over mask in your freezer? I do this all the time and it helps me save time! All you have to do is bring it out every time you need it, thaw it and viola! Ready to use. Will you try this? Let me know in the comment section. Healthy scalp is healthy hair, start incorporating this in your hair care regimen and result will follow.
BE KIND TO YOUR HAIR!
