Shipping Info
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Unless a product is sold out OR on pre-order, we will ship within 1-2 days after an order is placed. Same day shipping is also available.
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times to the United States: 3 - 7 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 10 - 30 Business days some countries might take up to 4 months for delivery if shipped via USPS.
PS: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS: *custom fees might apply depending on the laws in your country, These possible fees are responsibility of the purchaser.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Starting January 1, 2021, shipping to the UK will be more complex due to Brexit. The UK has implemented new rules for goods imported into the UK. The biggest change is the requirement to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) on shipments to the UK.
The situation appears to be somewhat fluid. This is the current information we have available and will update it regularly as Brexit plays out. The current COVID-19 pandemic isn't making anything easier.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product are shipped from our fulfillment center in new York.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED SINCE SAME DAY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.
- You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, if order has not been processed for shipping! You can only cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled for full refund. Once the order is shipped and fulfilled, we won't be able to refund the full amount do to the processing cost on our end we already paid for.
- After the package is shipped and returned, we will refund the product cost minus the shipping, no questions asked, please email getinfo@glammednaturallyoil.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT
We will reship lost packages we do not refund!
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at getinfo@glammednaturallyoil.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 2 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, products may get damaged due to service mistreatment by the shipping companies, so we made sure that whenever this happens, we fully replace your order with a new one no questions asked.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, it can be returned to us within 7-14 days after delivery as long as it is returned to us sealed. Product amount will be refunded minus shipping.
REFUND POLICY
We normally do not refund unless it is in an exchange for another item. We also will not refund orders claimed not received when USPS website indicates delivered only on exceptional cases. We also will not refund domestic orders that has been fulfilled after 1 month, international after 3 months. Thank you so much for respecting our terms
